The MAC Celebrates 100!
The Northwest Museum of Arts & Culture celebrates its 100th year serving the Inland Northwest and looks ahead to its next century with a festive Evening at the Museum on Saturday, April 29th. Guests will enjoy food, beverage and music at various locations around the museum campus, and with a rare behind the scenes look will have access to parts of the museum that are generally closed to the public, in order to have a better sense of what the work at the MAC involves, and its importance to the community over the past 100 years. Featured locations include Campbell House, Collections, the Archives and Library, and the Exhibits Gallery, where Titans of the Ice Age: Mammoths and Mastodons will be on view. Guests are encouraged to socialize and move freely among the different areas as they please. The evening will culminate with dessert and champagne, a celebratory birthday toast to the MAC, a brief program and an opportunity for attendees to invest in the museum’s next century.
April 29th, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
