The Eastern Washington State Historical Society has occasional internship openings at the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture. These positions give students the chance to simultaneously expand their knowledge and gain valuable skills for a future career. With a museum internship, there are opportunities in a variety of departments ranging from collections, archives, and exhibit development to education, public engagement, and special projects. Internships allow students to pursue their interests on multiple levels, while gaining applicable, real-world experience both for a resume and for life.
